What we will do with your information

We will use the information that you supply to us, to produce a Deed Poll and pack for distribution to you.

Once your Deed Poll pack has been created and dispatched, unless you request otherwise, we will archive your information in order to confirm the validity of your Deed Poll, should it be requested, by any organisations you have supplied it to.

We will only do this after first getting your consent to reply to these organisations.

What we will not do with your information

We will not sell or give your information to any third party without your prior consent.

If we cannot obtain your consent, then your information will not be divuldged.

All payment information is handled by an external company, thus we do not know, store or have access to any information about your payment details.

All information stored on our webserver is password protected so that only you, and quickdeedpoll.co.uk can access it. All of our computers that have access to your information, have strict access controls, and all staff accessing them have been vetted by us.
